- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely horrible. The first time I went to this DMV, they messed up and my appointment wasn't even in the system so I had to schedule yet again. When I went the second time, there were only 2 people at the windows and they were going rather slowly. By the time they got through 2 people each, the people waiting had tripled. Eventually they opened 2 other windows for the people, but they still took their sweet time trying to help the people. I had an appointment at 1:45 and I did not leave until almost 3p.m. The DMV scene in the movie Zootopia is a perfect way to illustrate how the DMV in King City works. I would much rather go to the DMV in Salinas despite how crowded it is, at least there the line moves. I'd say the DMV in Gilroy is probably the best one out of these 3.By Meli S.
